Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Neurosurgery OR RN Clinical Coordinator to supervise staff, coordinate patient care across the OR, and lead initiatives that ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an ASN/ADN with Colorado RN license, current BLS, ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate, and at least three years of RN experience in an acute care setting; a BSN is preferred. This position offers shift options, call duties, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• ASN / ADN from an accredited program with ability to obtain BSN within four years of hire.
• Colorado RN license or compact license with ability to obtain Colorado RN license.
• Current BLS certification endorsed by AHA or ability to obtain within sixty days of hire (with prior approval).
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit or service.
• Minimum of three years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, role model and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in providing patient-centered care.
• Manage daily staffing and productivity; ensure appropriate staff assignments and schedules.
• Serve as leadership and clinical resource for assigned area; mentor and supervise staff.
