Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 3 days per week, 12-hour day shifts (36 hours/week).
• Practice Setting: Inpatient Neurosciences/Neurology setting.
• Types of Cases: Neurosurgery patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, referral management, prescribing medications, patient/family education, and coordination of care within scope of practice.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
• Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified
• Licensure Required: Must have an active Utah license
