Responsibilities

• Perform basic Medical Assistant duties and advanced tasks as MA III where applicable
• Coordinate work for other MAs and assist with process-improvement initiatives
• Front desk duties: scheduling patients and collecting/verifying payor information
• Maintain PHI privacy and comply with UH policies and procedures
