Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitates unit operations by managing patient flow.
• Assist front desk duties: scheduling, collecting/payor info and patient docs.
• Independently handle front desk duties; assist manager with process improvements (MA III).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with policies and PHI requirements.
