Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Middletown, CT is seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice RN for neurosurgery coverage. This 1:1 training with a neurosurgeon offers growth opportunities and exposure to cranial and spine procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant / APRN Master’s program.
• Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a PA/APRN in Connecticut.
• Certification or eligible for national certification as PA/APRN.
• Preferred >1 year neurosurgery OR OR first assist experience.

• Advanced surgical procedures both cranial and spine. Specializing in skull base procedures

Shift -FullTimefour 10-hour shifts, M-F. Hours may vary dependent upon case load

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Master’s program preferred.
• Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut.
• Certification or eligible to be certified as a Physician Assistant or National Board Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
• Preferred >1-year experience as a Surgical Physician Assistant in a Neurosurgery or an Orthopedic setting; 1st Assist in OR preferred
