Qualifications

  • ACHE Postgraduate Administrative Fellowship with supervisory experience is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Quality care: Ensure delivery of quality, cost effective patient care through performance improvement and collaboration across teams.
  • Revenue monitoring: Budgeting and reporting on professional and technical revenue; implement action plans.
  • Expense monitoring: Manage budget-sensitive service models and staffing levels; coordinate with other departments.
  • Coordination of resources across 3-part mission: Align care, research and academics; prioritize projects.
  • Service Support: Support new program development and credentialing processes.
  • Human Resources management: Provide feedback and manage staff performance per policy.
  • System wide involvement: Participate in hospital system and academic projects.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
