Responsibilities

• Directs daily administrative and operational activities of the Baylor Psychiatry Clinic, ensuring workflows support safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with the Administrator/Medical Director to improve processes, complete projects, and implement initiatives.
• Oversees referral workflows, patient registration, appointment scheduling, EPIC documentation, coding, and charging of services.
• Models BCM FGP Standards of Excellence and leads staffing—two Medical Assistant II and one Assistant Coordinator, Patient Support Services.
• Monitors KPIs and ensures regulatory and organizational compliance.
