Job summary

CNSA is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) based in our Mt Holly, NC office to join a sub-specialized neurosurgery team. Travel to other offices may be required.

You will work under the supervision of Neurosurgeons to manage pre-, intra-, and postoperative care and to support patient management across the continuum of care. The role involves performing histories and exams, assisting in surgery, rounds, and hospital consults, coordinating care, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• Provide histories, assist with treatment plans and postoperative care.
• Work under the neurosurgeons' supervision.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant practices and documentation.
• Demonstrate collaborative team-based care in neurosurgery.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
• First assistant at surgery.
• Rounds and consults at hospitals.
• Takes call and participates in patient management.
• Presents patients to attending neurosurgeons.
• Orders radiographic studies and reviews results.
• Ensures post-operative follow-up and care coordination.
