Seeking an experienced Neurosurgeon to join an established Neuroscience Service Line in a well-supported, autonomous practice. This role offers long-term stability, clinical independence, and a sustainable practice model within a mature infrastructure and multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing neurosurgical care with approximately 80% spine and 20% cranial cases
• Participating in a call schedule of 1:3 (10 days per month)
• Influencing clinical workflows and service line growth
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including neurology, neurocritical care, neuroradiology, and outpatient specialists
• Supporting inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative care with experienced advanced practice providers
