Job description

Role Overview:

This position involves providing neurosurgical care within a high-volume, employed practice, primarily focusing on spinal and cranial procedures. The role offers a collaborative environment with advanced practice providers, experienced clinical staff, and strong institutional support to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform neurosurgical procedures, contribute to the growth of the Neuroscience Service Line, and participate in a comprehensive healthcare team dedicated to patient care.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates should possess board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

Includes a competitive salary guarantee, sign-on bonuses, retirement plans with matching contributions, malpractice and tail coverage, a $7,500 CME allowance, and 46 days of PTO annually. The organization is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
