Job summary

Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a Research Associate to support an ongoing human neurostimulation study. The role involves assisting with participant recruitment, study coordination, data collection, and experiment execution.

You will work directly with research participants during neurostimulation experiments, maintain study documentation, and help with data management and analysis as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with research experience in data collection and analysis.
  • Experience in research, lab work, and methodology is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies problems and obstacles to progress; develops strategies to solve problems.
  • May program software in support of job functions; attends project meetings.
  • Performs research experiments following protocol and documents information with accurate records.
  • Summarizes statistical information for analysis and writes technical reports.
  • Uses software to input, manipulate, collect and record results.
  • Other duties as assigned.
