Job summary

Compass Pathways seeks a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to lead adoption of a novel mental health therapy across Denver/North Colorado treatment centers. The role focuses on clinical education, stakeholder engagement, and patient access while meeting regulatory and safety requirements.

The candidate will travel up to 70% within the territory, building partnerships with psychiatrists, IDNs, and academic centers to support site readiness and successful launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets and familiarity with reimbursement pathways.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to launch and drive uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and behavioral health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
