Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to grow territory sales and strengthen customer relationships in the assigned region. The role emphasizes scientific knowledge, strategic engagement, and compliant promotion of Pfizer products to healthcare providers.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, the ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams, and a track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years in professional sales or related activity (or 6+ years with an associate’s degree)
• Healthcare/Scientific roles considered (RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.)
• Strong sales/marketing experience and account management abilities
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the assigned territory.
• Engage customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develop and execute territory call plans for effectiveness.
• Build rapport with customers in live and virtual settings using digital tools.
• Leverage reports/analytics to identify opportunities.
• Educate providers on product value and disease states.
• Collaborate across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Complete all administrative tasks on time.
