A leading company is seeking a Territory Account Specialist to enhance client engagement and drive sales in a remote role. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze market data to address customer needs effectively. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biotech. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, conducting stakeholder meetings, and collaborating with teams to maximize customer satisfaction and product demand.
This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.

The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) is a sales leader who designs a customized customer experience tailored to each account and Healthcare Provider (HCP). As the primary Point of Contact (PoC), the TAS engages with clients to identify mutual priorities, address needs through problem-solving, and leverage Novartis resources to improve patient outcomes. The role requires expertise in clinical selling, account management, access navigation, and omni-channel engagement.
The position will be filled at a level based on experience.
Driving is fundamental to this role and cannot be eliminated. Candidates must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Reasonable accommodations are available for medical restrictions without eliminating this essential function.

The salary range varies by level, e.g., for a Territory Account Specialist: $93,800–$174,200/year. Final pay depends on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits include bonuses, stock options, medical and financial benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Details will be provided upon offer.
Successful completion of initial training, including home study, is required. Training is within eight hours per day and forty hours per week.
