We are looking for a passionate and driven Neuroscience Sales Specialist to support the launch and growth of key pharmaceutical products in the neuropsychiatric space. Responsibilities include engaging with healthcare professionals, developing territory-specific business plans, and achieving or exceeding sales targets ethically and compliantly. The role involves both in-person and virtual customer engagement, strategic planning, and teamwork. Accountabilities:
  • Drive sales performance by engaging with healthcare providers and mental health centers, both in-person and virtually.
  • Understand local market dynamics and provide insights for resource allocation and strategic planning.
  • Build deep product and disease state knowledge to communicate clinical value effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize formulary access and business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, expenses, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
  • Contribute to a high-performing sales culture by sharing best practices and supporting peers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, or medical device sales; 3+ years in specialty sales preferred.
  • Experience with antipsychotic or bipolar disorder treatments is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to adapt to virtual/telemedicine environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays and visits to company headquarters.
