Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience required; pharmaceuticals/biologics/medical device sales preferred.
• Antipsychotic or bipolar sales experience is a plus.
• Strong desire to improve patients' lives and demonstrate patient-centricity.
• High integrity and adherence to company's Compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by calling on predominantly Primary Care HCP offices and select PC targets in-person and virtual settings.
• Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.
• Manage budgets to achieve territory objectives and allocate resources appropriately.
• Develop and execute local business plans with key stakeholders to achieve objectives.
