Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
Three years of relevant healthcare sales experience.
Valid driver’s license in the United States.
Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight/weekend travel.
Must live in the geography or be willing to relocate to the geography.

Responsibilities

Engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders using customer-specific approaches.
Develop expertise in Neuroscience portfolio, including Caplyta, to support customer engagement and territory priorities.
Communicate clinical and scientific information with approved materials.
Develop and execute strategic pre-call and account plans aligned to goals.
Identify, prioritize, and engage key stakeholders across accounts.
Optimize selling time and stakeholder access across care settings.
Analyze business and market data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
Understand payer access, affordability, and reimbursement dynamics.
