You will utilize your 2+ years in healthcare or B2B sales, with 3+ years in specialty pharma preferred, and a valid driver’s license. This role involves some travel and a commission-based earnings structure.

Qualificações

• Two years of healthcare sales/account management or B2B sales experience (or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military).
• Three+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Launch, antipsychotic, or bi-polar sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliant environment with patient-centric focus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales within the assigned Joliet, IL territory by meeting or exceeding forecasts.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet territory objectives.
• Maintain updated knowledge of local market, practices, and key influencers; share insights with stakeholders.
• Develop local business plans and capitalize on formulary opportunities.
• Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to achieve common objectives.
• Record and report work hours, calls, objectives, responses, and expenses accurately.
