Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years in a clinical or research setting (bachelor's may substitute).
• Knowledge of basic cell/molecular biology protocols and ability to learn advanced wet lab techniques.

Responsibilities

• Tissue culture work with stem cells and neural cultures; maintain cell lines and perform assays.
• Wet lab procedures: cloning, CRISPR, RNA/protein isolation, qRT-PCR, Western blot, immunofluorescence.
• General lab maintenance and organization; ensure safety and compliance.
• Animal husbandry and intracranial injections in mice; conduct bioluminescence imaging and therapeutic testing.
