Responsibilities

• Perform molecular biology procedures (e.g., protein/nucleic acid isolation and purification; immunoblot analysis).
• Maintain cell lines and perform in vitro functional assays.
• Assist daily lab operations including stocking consumables, preparing buffers, and aliquoting reagents.
• Perform routine mouse-related activities and assist with IACUC protocols and inspections.
