Qualifications

• Experience in a biological/health science research capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning, design, execution, and management of microbiota-gut-brain research projects.
• Designs and executes complex laboratory experiments including molecular and cellular techniques and imaging.
• Collects, analyzes and interprets data; assists in writing papers and reports.
• Coordinates lab activities and supervises staff; oversees equipment maintenance and testing.
• Assists PI with proposals to obtain renewal or new extramural funding.
