Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform cell culture, neuron culture maintenance, and assays; assess protein expression by ELISA and western blot.
• Conduct genetic, biochemical and phenotype tests.
• Execute molecular biology tasks: cloning, plasmid preps, DNA/RNA isolation, PCR.
• Design research protocols with team; troubleshoot and modify techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and data management; create graphs and perform statistics.
• Coordinate daily schedule of experiments and assist in project planning.
