Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and interpersonal skills.
• One year of Neurology experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates the plan of care based on ongoing assessment.
• Collaborates with health care team to promote effective patient care.
• Verifies orders and documents in the EHR.
• Educates patient and family to develop an appropriate educational plan.
• Responds to patient needs and prioritizes care.
• Preceptor and resource to staff and students.
• Supports professional growth and participates in special projects.
