Job summary

Northwestern Medicine's Neuroscience Progressive unit is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care across the neurology spectrum. You will work in a 29-bed unit including neuroscience step-down, epilepsy monitoring and general neuroscience floors.

The position requires a NLN-accredited nursing education, a BSN or higher, and Illinois RN licensure with BLS CPR. You will participate in a collaborative team, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to patient safety.”

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current State of Illinois RN license.
• BLS CPR through American Heart Association.
• Analytic ability (conceptual & quantitative).
• Oral, listening & written communication skills.
• Strong human relations & collaboration skills.
• Use of keyboard to enter or retrieve data.
