Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director, Key Accounts - Neuroscience to lead enterprise account strategy across hospital systems and IDNs in the Central Region. You will align cross-functional teams to optimize access, adoption, and patient outcomes while navigating complex health systems.

The role demands executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level, with a focus on Neuroscience and COBENFY. Field-based, extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. healthcare systems and hospital/IDN engagement.
• Strong account management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated hospital account plans for Neuroscience.
• Lead formulary access, P&T strategy, and adoption efforts.
• Build executive relationships with C-suite, pharmacy, finance, and clinical leaders.
• Explain reimbursement, value-based care, and economic value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Sales, and Health IT teams to drive initiatives.
