Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Key Accounts - Neuroscience for Cincinnati/Indianapolis in the Central Region. You will drive enterprise account strategy, access, and adoption across health systems and IDNs, shaping formulary access, pathways, and integration with EMR/EHR systems.

In this field-based role, you will cultivate executive relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and influence payer and clinical leadership to advance COBENFY in Neuroscience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or health system environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, with hospital/IDN engagement experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders across complex health systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep strategic understanding of assigned health systems and translate insights into actionable account strategies.
• Lead P&T strategy and formulary access initiatives to drive adoption and reimbursement.
• Coordinate cross-functional account plans with internal teams to engage hospital systems and IDNs.
