Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label information and supporting local care delivery.

The role reports to the Area Business Lead, collaborating with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to inform local strategy. It requires proactive outreach, speaker programs, and coordination with CSS and regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one of: 2+ years pharma or medical device sales experience, 3+ years B2B or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated/clinical/customer engagement, 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on topics such as product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via virtual/digital tools and direct them to colleagues when needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead and inform local strategy and goals.
