Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to enhance customer engagement with healthcare professionals using in-person, virtual, and digital tools to deliver on-label information and support patient care.

You will facilitate speaker programs, organize local provider groups, and elevate local market insights to inform strategy. The role requires compliant, ethical outreach and strong collaboration across Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one of the following: 2+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience; 3+ years B2B or outside sales experience in regulated settings; 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Personally engage HCPs through various outreach methods (in-person, virtual, digital).
• Direct customers to CSS and other colleagues as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions on experiences and outcomes.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and goals.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans.
• Act on insights from customer-facing roles to inform local strategy and business decisions.
