Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or relevant credential may be preferred.
• Experience developing, editing, reviewing, and applying for grants and sponsored research.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Ability to work with faculty and researchers to develop proposals and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage research programs by conducting research activities and outreach to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for new research and funding.
• Source, collect, and analyze data; create reports; explain trends; recommend solutions.
• Write and edit complex content for proposals, grants, and publications.
• Support strategic program planning and financial sustainability.
• Advise students or mentor clients; coach program staff as needed.
• Develop outreach strategies related to program communications, partnerships, and fundraising.
• Collaborate with faculty to draft, edit, and submit grant proposals.
