Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Birmingham, AL territory to support neuroscience therapies. The role focuses on educating healthcare providers about reimbursement, assisting with access, and resolving coverage challenges to ensure patients can start and stay on treatment.

The FRM will work with PECS and cross-functional teams to address payer policies, educate on coding, and navigate diverse payer landscapes across Alabama, Mississippi, and surrounding markets.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members such as sales reps and key account managers to serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Use data and account management to proactively address access barriers.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and problem-solving.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics including coverage and coding requirements.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels for patient support.
• Collaborate with internal J&J departments to educate on access and affordability across payer types.
• Execute business with the highest ethics.
