Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the San Antonio, TX territory, including Austin, Corpus Christi, and Waco. This on-site role focuses on education, access, and reimbursement for Janssen neuroscience therapies, with substantial on-site time with HCPs.

The FRM will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and PECS to resolve access challenges, ensure compliant fulfillment, and support patient onboarding and adherence across payer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or public administration. MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or market access.
• Experience working in provider office settings with strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, coding, and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Travel up to 75% to engage with providers and HCP staff.
