Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Certify on product knowledge annually.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Promote psychiatry portfolio to psychiatrists and institutional accounts such as community mental health centers and hospitals.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs.
• Gather and validate key market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
