Qualifications
- Requires healthcare leadership experience and a strong clinical background in neurorehabilitation.
- Current licensure per state requirements (PT/OT/SLP/LCSW/NP/LPC).
- Two years in supervisory/administrative or sales role plus five years clinical health/human services experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations at the El Paso site and report to Executive Leadership.
- Screen potential clients before case acceptance and ensure documentation meets reimbursement requirements.
- Coordinate communication between caregivers, intake scheduling, and service delivery.
