Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Acute Care NP/PA) for the Neuro Radiology team at Akron General. Responsibilities include managing neuro interventional radiology operations, peri-operative evaluations, and supporting neurovascular and acute stroke care.

The role offers opportunities to perform selected procedures and to educate patients, with a Monday–Friday schedule subject to business needs.

Qualifications

• AP role in neurology/acute care with interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Board-certified NP or PA required; Neuro radiology exposure preferred.
• Experience in peri-operative evaluation and in-clinic/operative support is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the neuro interventional radiology department.
• Conduct peri-operative patient evaluations.
• Assist in the OR with neurovascular and acute stroke patients.
• Perform inpatient consults and follow-ups.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• May perform lumbar punctures or first assist in NIR procedures as needed.
