Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of Ohio with National NP Certification.
• Must have current certificate to prescribe (or be eligible) by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• ACLS or PALS may be required based on practice setting.
• Credentialing as active medical staff member is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic conditions.
• Practice with neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations.
• Work in high-acuity settings with continuous nursing vigilance.
• Participate in FPPE/OPPE for quality monitoring and Joint Commission requirements.
• Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention; develop education plans.
• On-call work as needed; full-time coverage may require varying call schedules.
