Job summary

Vanderbilt Health's Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences seeks full-time neuroradiologists to join the Section of Neuroradiology in Nashville. The role supports complex neuro-imaging across the academic medical center and offers opportunities for teaching and clinical leadership.

Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience. A home workstation is provided for occasional remote reading, with a strong culture of collaboration and well-being.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in neuroradiology.
• MD or equivalent degree required.
• ABR eligibility or certification.
• TN license eligibility or ability to obtain licensure in Tennessee.
• Comfort with routine fluoroscopy/CT/US guided procedures.
• Willingness to participate in multidisciplinary conferences and teach trainees.

Responsibilities

• Support neuro-imaging needs for neurology, neurosurgery, ENT, and other departments.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Read and interpret neuroradiology studies for Vanderbilt University Hospital and outpatient centers.

The Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt Health is growing! We are seeking full-time neuroradiologists to join our Section of Neuroradiology. As leaders in their field, the Vanderbilt Health neuroradiology faculty support the sophisticated neuro-imaging needs across our academic medical center.

Position Highlights

• Join a growing section comprised of 20 fellowship-trained faculty
• Support the neuro-imaging needs for neurology, neurosurgery, ENT, and other departments
• Services provided to Vanderbilt University Hospital and five outpatient centers
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows

Position Requirements

• Fellowship training in neuroradiology
• Hold an MD or equivalent degree
• ABR eligible/certified
• Eligible for TN license
• Comfort/willingness to perform routine fluoroscopy/CT/US guided procedures
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and teach trainees
