Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Neuroradiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed Level I Trauma Center and North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) has 213 licensed beds. Opportunity Details

• Interpret neuroradiology imaging (CT, MRI, and related modalities), delivering accurate, timely reports that guide patient care.
• Assess clinical indications, protocol imaging studies as needed, and provide patient care within the scope of service, including managing acute and chronic conditions and all patient interactions.
• Manage contrast reactions and initiate emergency protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated, high-quality care.
• Supervise and work closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Manage daily workflow and assignments to ensure timely completion of studies without deferring work to overnight coverage.
• Maintain a schedule that may include evenings and weekends to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Supervise and train residents, fellows, and medical students, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $468,750* (board eligible); $520,250* (board certified) based on 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $674,750** (board eligible) and $726,250** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $130,000.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
