Job summary

Valley Health in Connecticut seeks a Psychometrist to administer and score neuropsychometric tests in inpatient and outpatient settings. Opportunities exist to support Geropsychology and psychodiagnostic evaluations, under supervision of a licensed neuropsychologist.

A Bachelor’s degree in psychology is required, Master’s preferred; BC PSP certification is encouraged, with BLS-HCP certification required before orientation completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in psychology or related field is preferred.
• Experience administering neuropsychometric tests is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score neuropsychometric tests following standardized protocols.
• Maintain test security and adhere to APA and BCP guidelines.
• Prepare testing materials and maintain organized records.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive neuropsychological reports with accurate test data.
• Collaborate with the supervising neuropsychologist and clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
