Job summary

Valley Health’s Neuropsychology team seeks a Psychometrist to administer and score neuropsychometric tests in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will support report preparation and collaborate with the neuropsychologist and clinical staff.

Training opportunities in Geropsychology and psychodiagnostics are available, with potential certification progression. Bachelor’s in psychology is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• Master’s degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Certification by the Board of Certified Psychometrists (BCP) preferred.
• BLS Certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score neuropsychometric tests following standardized protocols.
• Prepare testing materials and maintain organized records.
• Assist in preparation of comprehensive neuropsychological reports with accurate test data.
• Collaborate with supervising neuropsychologist and clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
