Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking an experienced, licensed clinical psychologist to lead and grow the neuropsychological testing program in the northern Chicago suburbs. The role combines direct clinical care with program leadership, overseeing day-to-day testing operations, building referral relationships, and collaborating with the Director of Clinical Services, billing, marketing, and administration.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting psychological, neuropsychological, and/or psychoeducational evaluations.
• Strong assessment, interpretation, and integrated report-writing skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing program: oversee workflow from referral intake through report completion; establish standards for test selection, scoring, and turnaround time; monitor referrals, wait times, and program performance; improve intake, scheduling, and documentation; recruit and mentor evaluators; partner with leadership on staffing and expansion.
• Provide assessment and clinical care: complete comprehensive evaluations, conduct interviews and testing, provide neuropsychological and related assessments, build therapy caseload, and adapt as management grows.
• Collaborate and mentor: provide supervision to evaluators, partner on training and quality assurance, participate in team and leadership meetings.
