Job summary

A leading academic medical center in South Carolina is seeking a Senior Manager for Clinical Neurophysiology Services to lead IONM operations encompassing both adult and pediatric care. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in neurophysiology or IONM, including leadership responsibilities. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in neurophysiology or IONM.
• At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• CNIM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily IONM operations.
• Supervise and mentor IONM Specialist staff.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with IONM Lab accreditation standards.
• Support staffing models and scheduling for 24/7 coverage.
