Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist I, CPT in Oklahoma City, OK to provide technical clinical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will collaborate with Territory Managers, integrate into accounts, and help physicians and staff understand Abbott Chronic Pain Therapies.

Successful candidates will have a biomedical engineering background, clinical experience with patients, and strong communication skills to educate and support customers across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years’ work experience, strong preference collaborating with patients in clinical setting.
• Ability to communicate, understand and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical, clinical, and programming assistance, primarily in support of 1-2 Territory Manager(s).
• Assist Territory Managers in after-hours call support and activities.
• Integrates into all accounts, builds trust and relationships with customers.
• Proficient in complex programming, case support.
• Works with Territory Manager(s) to increase selling time.
