Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Veterinary Assistant (Neurology) in Springfield, VA to grow neurology skills while supporting high‑acuity patients at BVNS. This full‑time role offers four 10‑hour shifts per week, weekdays only, with pay $22–$26 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, CE allowance, license reimbursement, uniform allowance, and pet discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Veterinary Assistant experience.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong veterinary technical skills and teamwork.
• Bonus: experience with EzyVet.

Responsibilities

• Learning and mastering neurological anatomy and functions
• Patient restraint and learning how and why neurologic patients require specific restraint/patient care skills
• Client education including intake and discharge instructions
