Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to drive growth in a defined US territory. You will build relationships with regional teams, healthcare providers, and office staff while delivering product demonstrations and physician detailing.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven B2B sales experience; pharma sales is preferred. You will manage key accounts, analyze data to plan territory activities, stay compliant, and travel regularly to engage top customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related).
• Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Full-time B2B sales experience: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and staff).
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and educate patients.
• Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to drive differentiation and achieve targets.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and manage promotional budgets.
• Address market challenges and collaborate to drive cohesive sales strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
• Maintain face-to-face call averages with top target customers.
• Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
• Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
• Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties for the territory.
