Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to build relationships with regional teams, physicians, and office staff. You will deliver healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and patient education while achieving sales targets.

The role requires 1+ year of senior sales experience (pharma preferred) and the ability to manage complex healthcare accounts, including specialty pharmacies and reimbursement stakeholders. Extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
• Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders in major healthcare settings.
• Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
• Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics experience; new product launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff).
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
