Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking an RN for the Neurology 8 East unit in Missouri. The RN will deliver direct patient care, perform complex neuro assessments, and collaborate with physicians and therapy teams to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.

New grads welcome; active MO RN license or compact state required, BLS certification needed within 30 days of hire. This full-time night shift offers a dynamic, team-based environment with opportunities to grow skills in neurology care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians and neurology providers to deliver comprehensive care.
