Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Neurology RN for the 8 East unit. The role involves direct patient care during nights and weekends, with emphasis on neuro assessments, safety-focused care, and collaboration with neurology providers.

New grads and experienced nurses are welcome. Requires RN license in Missouri or compact state and BLS certification. BSN is preferred; prior hospital experience and specialty certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and coordinate care
• Document care activities and deliver patient-centered care aligned with Mercy’s mission and values
