Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide inpatient, patient-centered nursing care during hospitalization. You will coordinate with healthcare teams to plan for quality outcomes and ensure safe, compassionate care.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. The role requires adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards, with emphasis on performance

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in the applicable state with current BLS certification.
• Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, flexibility, and adherence to safety, infection control, and performance standards.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments and develops individualized care plans based on patient data and orders.
• Delivers and documents nursing interventions, administers medications, monitors progress and discharges planning.
• Recognizes changes in condition, implements specialized care such as pain management, and reports risks or abuse.
