Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans based on scope of practice and standards.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures according to policies.
• Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resolve issues.
• Participate in decision-making using evidence-based practices and contribute to safety and quality initiatives.
• Engage in unit-specific metrics and support organizational goals.
