Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans including education and discharge planning.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Participate in quality and safety programs to improve care standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Contribute to team goals and unit decision-making.
